To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit of one night’s room rate. Due to the small size of our hotel, we are greatly affected by cancellations, and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 14 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, your reservation will be charged in full and is fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 14 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation.
Check-in is 4pm. The front desk is staffed 24/7, but we ask you to please let us know if you are arriving after 9pm. Checkout is at 11am.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests and team. We have heightened our already stringent procedures based on the guidance of local health authorities and continue to monitor information and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Advance permission for a dog is required and is granted for a limited number of specific cabins based upon availability at an extra charge of $150 per stay. One dog under 45 lbs per reservation. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Other animal pets are not permitted. Pets found in non-pet friendly cabins will incur a minimum charge of $500.
ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) service animals are exempt from our pet policy. Non-ADA service/support animals are subject to the pet policy. In keeping with California law, owners of a service/support animal will be asked if it is an ADA service animal and what tasks the service animal is trained to perform.
Dawn Ranch welcomes children of all ages! Let us know if you're bringing children, and we can help you book local nanny services if needed. Minor children must be always accompanied by an adult on the property. We ask that the responsible adult agree in writing to never leave minors unattended on the premises at any time during their stay.
Dawn Ranch offers ADA-compliant accommodations, in addition to a convenient path of travel from the accessible parking spot in the surface lot to the check-in area and guest rooms. Contact the general manager to discuss your specific needs.

The room rate doesn't include breakfast; however, we offer different specials and packages featuring breakfast credits for food and beverages (tax or gratuity not included).
Our property doesn't feature a gym onsite, but we are surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and parks.
Limited menu options are available for evening room service; check with our front desk for evening offerings.
Due to the remote location of our property, Uber and Lyft are not easily accessible all times. For your convenience, our front desk team can arrange a taxi or car service for you ahead of time so you never miss a trip.
